I shot this pic of Freds track a week ago. It is a great track, it is fun to race on. Fred is a great host. (Daryl)

I hope weather is good on the 30th. I am going to do everything i can to make it to the open house on the 30th.. I will bring a bunch of 1/24 cars both vintage and a couple new Carreras, ( a GT) and P4). I went thru the vintage 1/24 cars i have and got about 4 or 5 running well, everyone welcome to try one.... I lubed them up and tested them to run. The shortage is of tires. I have a couple good sets of tires and we can interchange them with what ever you want to drive. Among these are a 1/24 scale K&B(aurora) ford gt 40, it has the drop down guide and the 6v challenger motor which runs a lot faster than the 12v on in the 1/32 cars. There is a generic formula 1 car with the vaunted mPc Dyno-charger 400 motor, a neat looking Monogram porsche 904 with the brass chassis and suitable 36d motor. A Ford GT roadster form with tubular chassis, it looks customs built, but i believe it to be from a kit with step by step instruction, again a healthy 36d. There is a contemporary whomp;whomp parma with hot 36d motor (might be a death star??) -- I bought this ar Buzz-A-Rama in Brooklyn last summer, it has foams and doesn't run to well without goo or oil, which we will not use. Might be a couple more if i get them running.... Hope to see yu all there Daryl...........

I'll pack a few modern 1/24s as well then. FWIW, I've remotored all but 2 of my big Carreras to run on 10V.
