Time for great news at NSR house 🇮🇹🔝 A new ′′ Classic ′′ series model is about to enter the NSR nursery, meeting all the requirements of the Italian home: Incredible performance, Top Quality, and iconic models! We are extremely happy to officially announce the new 2021 model, the fantastic 1972. Porsche 917/10 k Can-Am. The ′′ Can Am ′′ championship used FIA rules for Group 7 cars, i.e. maximum opening towards designers who could be excited to conceive extreme and very light racing cars. Designed with the aim of destroying the Mclaren domain of previous years, the Porsche 917/10 k made its debut in 1972 equipped with an imposing aerodynamics, short step, weighing only 767 kg, and the powerful 12 cylinder boxer from 5000 cm3, capable of delivering 900 hp in race trim. The 917/10 immediately highlighted a clear superiority over the opponents, winning 6 of the 9 championship races, thus conquering the title of the Can Am 1972. Championship. Bad, aggressive, iconic, historical, fast, particular, fantastic, many adjectives for the new arrival. In the meantime, we can't wait for the track to battle with the other Classics of the time, to race and win in the NSR championships!

these cars are obviously designed for those kind of European "championships": larger, wider, more powerful. Just too bad they still can't seem to scale up the driver to the appropriate size 1/28? or whatever

That looks like the real deal as slot cars go and I am anxious to see what liveries will be available. Maybe CanAm is a good choice for the 2020 season with Slot.it, NSR, Revell, Thunder Slot and Carrera all providing cars to compete with. Two things for sure, it would be fast racing and easy to marshal. David
