Tom, could you fill us in on the status of the Colpar track, esp. with all the changes lately? Not only the possibility of future racing, but also club and personal access in the future? Thanks.

The track is open now--face masks are required and as much social distancing as is possible. Club races should be able to start any time because the gaming people are gaming again at night so gatherings shouldn't be an issue since our clubs don't have anywhere near the amount of people the gaming guys have. Saturday and Sunday during open hours are the best times to race for the clubs, but you can use the track any time--I'd suggest calling first to make sure the track isn't reserved. Tom

That is good news! I am getting pretty sick of being cooped up and would love to start talking about a new season starting. Any ideas?

I'd love to get a news season started if everyone is comfortable with it--I am. Tom

We have been using Colpar on some Sundays with the RMSCC. I have now scheduled the track for three weeks in October for the RMSCC.
We are using our own controllers and are wearing masks. We are putting our car boxes spread apart for social distancing.

We have only lost one controller brake pot, so far, from hooking up a controller wrong. (I have wired my "new" track with XLR plugs to prevent this from happening)
