Well I am glad I read this post again. I didn't see the "NO SILICONES" when I first looked at it. So, I spent the morning replacing most of my tires and had to change a few cars of the cars I was going to bring, tires glued to the wheels. Anyway, I really enjoyed "racing" on your new track. Since I bought your last track, let me know when this one is for sale!!! Ha Ha Sorry about the power hungry Stombecker blowing a fuse on the controller. I like to bring it to a new track to see if the track has a weak links or power surging. The power is perfect on your track. I ran 18 different cars on the track and I was pleased with all of the cars, except the Carrera 917/30. It was the only car that the original tires didn't work. I know they make some different tires for this car, so it would be a good runner on the track also. I tried some cars with NSR rubber and they ran great. Yellow Dogs worked good also. I think I was the pleased with my Vintage Revell Ferrari the best. I couldn't believe how well it run. It was on Ortman tires.
Again, Thank You David for letting us come over and put some laps on your new track. I will be first in line when you host a race!!! Just remind us No Silly tires.

Can't agree more! Well done, David. Really brings back good memories of driving on a wonderful surface without all that magno complication. Thanks again Steve

Now you are trying Super tires, after I changed tires on the 18 cars I brought to the test day. Oh well, I guess I shouldn't have read your directions for the tires. Glad to see you have come over to the dark side. Do the rubber and other tires still work as good now?
