David had an open track day yesterday. He gave us a choice of a clean or "dirty" track to show us the thrill of victory or the way I race. It was a great day for some track time and fun, until the wind came up. David noticed it well before I felt like everyone was slowing down to race with me. He quickly closed the door to prevent the weather from entering the room. A quick wipe down of the track, while others still were racing, and we were good to go again. I will be back to the race on Saturday to see if the rest of guys can really go that fast again. I have a hard time without letting up on a banked turn, so I am always left in the dust after that curve. (I still remember when we were racing at Doug's house and everyone kept telling me to quit slowing down for the banked turn. So, I tried it one time and my car went from the bottom lane to the top of the track and I took out Jim Barr's car on my way up the track. Everyone was laughing so hard from my great driving skill, except poor Jim Barr. Mark W, I suggest that you don't race on the outside of me on David's track. I may repeat my driving skill again.)

Jim,
A very good recap of yesterdays racing and it was very fun. As most of you know I am not the easiest to get past on the outside, but I also take being on the outside in stride..... close tight racing always has incendents..... But I do remember slowing down once to let you go sliding by with no issues to my car.... I think I can do that again. LOL!!!
